Kiwanis International was founded in 1915. The Kiwanis Club of Lima, Ohio, one of the oldest clubs in Kiwanis International, was founded in 1919. Since that time, the Kiwanis Club of Lima has been an integral part of the community serving the children of Allen County and children all over the world.

Service Leadership Clubs from kindergarten to adults to empower and encourage promising leaders to service. The Club funds and provides continuous support for the clubs listed below. Click on the club name to see what is happening in each club.
Aktion Club - The largest service and leadership program for adults living with disabilities.
Builders Club - A service and leadership program for middle and junior high school students.

Congratulations to Sarah Horstman and the K-Kids Club of Unity Elementary, our newest club, who had nine members help with the One Day Clean-up. There were a total of 19 students and six members who participated.
Lima Senior Key Club - Key Club is the largest service and leadership program for high school students. Congratulations Lima Senior Key Club for exceeding your $6,000 goal with your Dance Marathon. Last year the Dance Marathon earned $4,000 for the Children's Miracle Network; this year they raised over $6300.
